Recommended Reading

I just finished reading Our Endangered Values by former President Jimmy Carter. I started reading it Thursday and finished it today. For anyone who knows my reading habits, you know that's a miracle. A byproduct of newspaper writing, I seldom read anything too long to be published in a newspaper, and when I do, it takes me ages to finish.
Anyway, I'd highly recommend it, particularly for anyone with an interest in current events and politics. It's very readable, unlike a lot of political commentaries, and in my opinion, right on the money. There are a lot of sections that may make you angry, but I honestly think it's about damn time that a lot more Americans got angry, and let our leaders know it.
