Tasha - The spunky one.

I've been described that way more than once. But there's a lot more to me than that. A brief summary of how I got here...I'm 24 years old, and I grew up in a rural county in southeastern Ohio. My life was happy there with my mom, dad, older sister and younger brother. I'm pretty close in age to Kylie and Adam so we're a tight-knit bunch. But, alas, I was a restless child. Always looking for the next big adventure. I graduated high school and decided to be a writer so I went to school for two years at a community college before transferring across the state to Bowling Green State University to major in journalism - making lots of lasting friendships along the way. (As you can probably tell, my family and friends are very near and dear to my heart. I'm sure you'll get familiar with the names as we go.)After graduating college, I decided to explore some of the good 'ol US of A so I got online and found a job writing for a small newspaper in South Carolina. It was here where I met my future bloggers and "sisters." Which brings me to the present. I've now been working at that paper for about a year and half. I think I've accomplished quite a bit so far; I recently won an award for a short feature story I wrote. Pretty cool for being only two years out of college. The move south of the Mason-Dixon line took some adjusting and I still miss the snow. (I guess I haven't been here long enough yet.) That, kids, is my life stripped down to its undies. In future postings I'll try to be more descriptive. But for now, goodnight. It's 2 a.m. and I'm beat.
